As service provider and consultant, planned, designed and implemented systems for number of clients.
- Took over a dysfunctional system at Colours of Malta Ltd. and by applying industry standards, turned it into efficient system able to support demanding business needs.
- Implemented in TNT Malta global TNT information system as a part of the international team, including training and migration activities, which are still on-going processes.
- Migrated number of systems from Windows/Exchange/ISA 2000 to Windows/Exchange 2003, XP and ISA 2004/6.

Took the opportunity to shift the focus in career to system administration.
- Migrated existing Novell Netware and Windows 98 to Widows 2000 (BackOffice) servers and clients.
- Established VPN links to overseas principals for BAS (DHL Freight – Malta) and TNT Malta and installed terminal clients for the corporate mainframes.
- Introduced new email system based on Outlook and Exchange 2000 with personalised email addresses, replacing the few emails provided by ISP through POP3.
- Introduced firewall protection with ISA 2000, centralised anti-virus, backup and monitoring.

Analysed, designed and developed databases and applications using Delphi and MS SQL Server.
